Text generation for EndlessVN uses GPT-J / GPT-NeoX, and we will have additional larger models available in the future.

The sprites and backgrounds are generated using diffusion models like Stable Diffusion, and players will eventually be able to regenerate and customize the characters and location backgrounds to their liking.
How is the music generated?
We use a variety of neural nets to generate midi samples, which will then be further post-processed to improve the quality.
